Do you provide local delivery for furniture?
Local Delivery by Leefurniture.com
Local delivery to your home is available for $149, within a 30 mile radius of our Fayetteville location. A per floor surcharge may be added to your delivery cost.
1. In order to keep costs down, we call 30 minutes prior to your stop.
2. We MUST speak with you prior to delivery.
3. The room must be CLEARED for us to deliver.
4. If the room is not CLEARED, we will have to leave the items in an area other than where you want them.
5. We DO NOT deliver and install in bonus rooms.
Per our insurance policy, we cannot do the following:
Move, disassemble, break down, set up, or dispose of any items that were not purchased at Lee Furniture.
We do offer C.O.D. options for payment. C.O.D. is cash on delivery driver doesn't carry change
Is there an alternative to your local delivery service?
Crown Transport is available for your delivery or moving needs. Please call 910-751-4124.
Can I pick up my order in store?
We offer in-store pick up and delivery of purchased furniture.
We have a great selection of products available both in-store and online. However, not all items listed on our site can be delivered or picked up immediately. Some products need to be ordered and delivered to our store first. Please call our store to confirm the availability of the product you’re interested in.
In-store pick up is available Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at both locations. There is no Sunday or Monday pick up.
Ashely Direct Orders
When will I get my order?
Your estimated delivery date or estimate delivery range is our best estimate based on information available to us at the time of the sale.
Due to the nature of ordering direct, we cannot guarantee your specific delivery date.
My order arrived damage.
The products are shipped directly from the Ashley manufacturing distribution warehouse.
C&L Furniture cannot be held liable for acts beyond our control
I ordered an in-store product & ashley direct products. What happens?
Multiple items are coded to ship as a complete order, unless otherwise noted.
If our delivery service is being used, all ordered items must be in prior to delivery, or additional trip charges will be added to the transaction.
Price Match
What is Lee Furniture Price Match Program?
WE WILL BEAT ANY LOCAL STORE'S IN-STORE PRICE*
*In-store price is defined by LeeFurniture.com as an item that is in a local store's showroom and can be purchased and picked up that day. Our best price does not extended to any online quotes, special order quotes, or items that are not in that store's inventory that day. Leefurniture.com must be able to verify the price provided, that the item can be purchased there, and be able to be picked up that day. Leefurniture.com reserves the right to refuse any price presented and/or does not meet our verification requirements, to include but not limited to damaged, as-is, or clearance items in store.
What qualifies for price matching?
- We must be able to confirm the lower price in writing (e.g. on a website, published in an advertisement).
- If the price is actually below our cost (plus shipping and handling), we'll offer the product to you at our cost (plus shipping and handling).
- If the item has a manufacturer's minimum sale price policy, we are obligated not to sell below that price.
Can we price match in-store?
You may call us at 910.223.7200 OR EMAIL LEEFURNITURE4120@GMAIL.COM to request a price match. We reserve the right to decline to match a competitor's pricing if we feel the competitor is being disingenuous with their prices.
Warranty
What do I do when my furniture breaks?
All furniture, unless marked “As-Is,” has a warranty from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a different warranty. Each manufacturer has a different policy in regards to repairs.
How do I get someone to come out & service my order?
Proof of purchase and a photo is required for any and all claims for service. Proof of purchase and photo must be emailed to Leefurniture4120@gmail.com.
How much does servicing my order cost?
Unless the warranty care package was purchased, a trip charge of $99.00 applies to any and all service calls to your home.
